Ingredients
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. brandy
- A few drops of Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Heat the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar with 1/4 c. water till honey and sugar are dissolved. Blend this mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. You may use this sauce to brush on meat for the last half hour of cooking.
