Blueberry Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, undrained, 20-ounce can
  • 3 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 pkt White cake mix
  • 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted, Or possibly margarine, 1 stick
  • 1/4 c. Sugar

Directions

  1. Butter an 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread the following in layers: pineapple, blueberries, 3/4 c. sugar over blueberries, dry cake mix, melted butter, pecans, and 1/4 c. sugar over the top.
  2. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 to 40 min, or possibly till browned on top.
  3. Serve hot or possibly cool. Delicious with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
