1/4 c. Oil
2 x Egg whites -- whipped
1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
2 c. Low-fat vanilla ice cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, cherry pie filling, oil, and egg whites. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips, spread when melted.
