Black Bean Tortilla Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. Shredded Jack Cheese
  • 1/4 c. Minced green olives
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt (Just season with some pepper)
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Pwdr (I use more because I love garlic)
  • 15 ounce Can Black Beans, liquid removed
  • 5 x + Flour Tortillas (depends on how much filling you put on each)

Directions

  1. Preparation:Beat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream. Stir in everything else, except beans and tortillas. Cover and chill for 2 hrs (haven't done which yet! I do more like a half hour). Blend beans in blender or possibly food processor and spread over each tortilla. Spread cream cheese mix on tom and roll each tortilla tightly and wrap with plastic wrap. Chill till ready. Cut into 3/4 inch slices.
