Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 3 tbsp. baking chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Minced nuts, optional
Directions
- Put all ingredients into saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute, not vanilla. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla. Beat till thick and cold. Add in nuts. Spread on brownies. Note: You can put pan of frosting in cool water while mixing. It will thicken faster.
