Directions

  1. In bowl with fork, mix first 3 ingredients. In another bowl, beat together beer, egg, and 2 tsp. salad oil. Stir liquid into flour mix. Coat half of chicken pcs with batter.
  2. Meanwhile in 12 inch skillet over medium heat, heat 1/2 inch salad oil to 370 degrees. Fry chicken pcs till browned and tender, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining pcs.
