Directions

  1. Cut steak into strips. Brown in butter, salt and pepper to taste. Remove when brown. Add in flour to butter, brown; add in lowfat milk and water, let thicken; add in soup mix, stir in till well mixed. May need more water. Add in lowfat sour cream mix again; add in meat to cover; let simmer till meat is well seasoned and meat is tender. Serve over noodles, rice or possibly potatoes.
