- 2 Tbsp. Bacon drippings
- 1 lrg Onion, minced 3 c Cooked, minced beef or possibly)) Venison roast.
- 2 med potatoes cut in 16 pieces.
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 3 c. Beef broth
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
Directions
- Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add in four and brown. Add in broth and other ingredients. Let simmer till tender.
