Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 c. minced onions
  • 1 med. red or possibly green bell pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 12 ounce. cooked grnd beef, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 2 c. cooked sm. macaroni shells
  • 4 ounce. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c. evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash each salt and pepper
