Directions

  1. In saucepan combine all ingredients except beef. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Cold. Add in meat; toss to coat. Chill overnight, drain, reserving marinade. B-B-Q on shish ka bob sticks. Add in fruits (pineapple is good) or possibly veggies of your choice. Time to eat. Mmmmmm!
