  1. In a #14 Dutch oven, add in paprika, oregano, cumin, chili pwdr, beef bouillon, n/a beer, and 2 c. water. Let simmer. In a large skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil and brown meat in batches till all meat is done. Add in each batch to Dutch oven with slotted spoon and stir after each batch. Saute/fry onion, garlic, and jalapenos in drippings till onion is clear. Add in to Dutch oven and stir. Simmer 2 hrs. Add in rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Add in water as necessary.
