Beef Brisket A La Helen Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Beef brisket (5 to 6lbs)
  • 3/4 c. Jerk marinade

Directions

  1. Place the brisket and marinade in a resealable plastic bag and rotate the bag several times to throughly coat the meat. Marinate at least 3 hrs in the refrigerator. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Place the brisket and marinade ina roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 3 to 4 hrs or possibly till tender. Be sure to serve it with the pan drippings.
