Ingredients
- 1 lbs. shrimp, med.
- 1 pound bacon
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- K-C barbecue sauce
- skewers
Directions
- Soak skewers in hot water for about 1 hour. (this prevents them from burning during cooking,) Cut lb. of bacon in half. Cook till it is limp. Peel and wash shrimp. Drain. Place shrimp on cutting board, one at a time, curled tight and in rows of six. Place 1 water chestnut on each shrimp. Wrap with one bacon and put on skewer. Brush with barbecue sauce. Cook on barbecue grill till bacon is done.
