Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add in large eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together dry ingredients. Toss raisins and nuts into flour mix. Add in to creamed mix, alternately with mashed bananas. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 min till done.
