  • 1 c. Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 c. Toasted wheat germ or possibly bran
  • 1/3 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Gluten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Banana ripe/sliced
  • 3/4 c. Mission figs dry/quartered tips removed
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp. Canola or possibly veg. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Malt extract (or possibly honey)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Very hot water

Directions

  1. Add in all the ingredients into the pan in the order listed Select white bread and push "Start". Filled with fruits and fibers this flavorful two-and-a-half lb. loaf provides the RDA for postassium in two half-round slices.
