Directions

  1. * Use stick margarine, not the soft kind, or possibly use butter.
  2. Cream together margarine and sugars,beat in Large eggs thoroughly.
  3. Blend in lowfat sour cream, banana and vanilla. Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and cinnamon. Gradually add in to butter mix. Gently mix in minced apples and nuts.
  4. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  5. Bake about 1 hour at 375F.Cold before slicing.
