Directions

  1. Wash & cut up squash. Boil till tender. Drain thoroughly & mash. Add in all ingredients except 1/2 of butter to squash. Heat remaining butter. Pour squash mix into baking dish & spread melted butter over top & sprinkle with cracker meal or possibly bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for about 1 hour or possibly till brown on top.
