  • 3 Sweet potatoes peeled, cut into spears
  • 2 Red Delicious Apples rinsed, cut into wedges
  • Drizzling of Canola Oil
  • one teaspoon chile powder-one teaspoon cinnamon mixed together
  • Dash of Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. Using a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, add sweet potatoes, cut apple wedges, sprinkle seasoning and drizzle with oil.
  3. Place into the oven and bake 20 minutes
