Ingredients
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 lg. jar stuffed olives, liquid removed
Directions
- Grate cheese and mix with large eggs. Grease pan well (Pyrex is o.k.). Spread olives in bottom of pan. Pour egg and cheese mix evenly over olives. Bake 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees. Slice as you would slice brownies. Serve warm.
