Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
- 12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoons butter
- 2 egg yolks
Directions
- Heat chocolate over very low heat. Stir in Bailey's and cream.
- Beat egg yolks, stir a small amount of chocolate mix into Large eggs, then slowly add in the Large eggs to the chocolate mix. Mix will thicken. Add in butter.
- Chill overnight, or possibly several hrs.
- Using two large spoons or possibly a small ice cream scoop, form small balls.
- Roll in powdered sugar, then cocoa. The brand of cocoa with chocolate bits works nicely.
