  1. 1. In large bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking soda.
  2. 2. In another bowl, whisk together Large eggs, lowfat milk, yogurt and butter. Whisk into flour mix just till combined.
  3. 3. Heat griddle over med heat (350F). Preheat oven to 200F if you want to hold pancakes.
  4. 4. Pour 1/4 c. of batter, forming 4" rounds and sprinkle 1 tbsp of cheese and bacon onto each pancake. Cook till golden brown, 1-2 mins on each side.
  5. Serve with cheese and syrup.
