Directions

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients on low speed with dough hook. Slowly add in dry yeast. Continue mixing for 1 to 2 mins. or possibly till well blended. Mix on 2nd speed for mixer for 10 mins. Let dough rise. Healthy pinch off pcs of dough and form into roll. (Rolls will form easier if your hands are greased.) Place rolls on greased baking pan and let dough rise a second time.
  2. Note: If dough is heavy after mixing add in hot water (a little at a time)
  3. If dough is too sticky add in a little flour (keep dough soft and as close to sticky as possible)
  4. Continue mixing till dough is light and easy to handle.
  5. Bake 334-350 F. for 10 - 12 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
