  1. Cream together butter, sugar and large eggs. Add in flour, baking soda, lowfat sour cream and vanilla. Bake in a cake pan at 325 degrees for 30 min.TOPPING: Heat 1/2 cup and spread over warm cake. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar till butter is absorbed. Serve warm. A great picnic dessert!
