  1. Pre Heat Oven 425 F
  2. Using a non stick baking dish add asparagus, create a hole and add 2 eggs, lay crispy thick bacon slices on top and pop onto the oven and roast 11 minutes (eggs will set up)
  3. Remove from oven, plate and add parmesan cheese shavings
