Ingredients

  • 4 x Green onions (up to 5)
  • 1 pkt (1-2 lb) slaw mix or possibly shredded cabbage and carrots
  • 8 Tbsp. Sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. Sliced almonds, I usually only use 1/2 c.
  • 3 pkt Ramen noodles, any flavor because you do not use the seasoning packet, break the noodles up into smaller pcs.
  • 4 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Oil
  • 1 tsp Each salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients, shaking or possibly whisking to blend. Pour over the slaw mix and onions. Add in the ramen noodles and nuts just before serving.
