Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Walnuts, minced
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Cool Coffee
- 1 c. Apple, coarsely minced
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar; add in egg. Sift dry ingredients. Add in alternately with liquid. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Turn in well greased and floured 11 x 7 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 min. Cold thoroughly in pan. Keeps well and improves.
