Directions

  1. Heat butter; add in crumbs and saute/fry 1 minute, stirring constantly. Combine with other ingredients, except oysters, in blender till smooth. Arrange oysters in shells (or possibly individual dishes). Top each with 1 Tbsp. spinach mix and broil 3-5 min or possibly till lightly browned.
