Learned this recipe on mytaste online
I gave it a little twist and tasted good just the same :)

Directions

  1. Saute the garlic, onions, tomatoes until tender then add the pork and continue to saute until cooked.
  2. Add the ampalaya and simmer for a minute then add a cup of water or broth.
  3. Let it simmer until half-cooked
  4. Add the vermicelli and simmer for a couple of minutes more.
  5. Add the egg then stir, then dash with salt and pepper to taste, stir for a minute then turn off the heat.
