- 1 x Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 x Red onions, sliced
- 1 x Zucchini, slices
- 1 x Mozzarella, grated
- 1 x Parmesan, grated
Directions
- Pour extra virgin olive oil in bottom of casserole. Layer tomatoes, onions, zucchini and cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Bake 375 till bubbly.
