Grnd New Mexican Chile; 1 Tbsp. Oregano; 1 Tbsp. Cumin seed, Roasted and grnd; 4 Tbsp. Trappeys Mexi-Pep or possibly Tabasco Or possibly; 2 Tbsp. Kosher salt
