Ingredients

1/3 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1 x clove garlic chopped
1/4 tsp coarsley grnd black pepper
4 x (4-6 ounce.) beef shell or possibly strip steaks about 1" thick

Directions

In samll bowl, combine steak sauce, lemon peel, garlic and pepper; brush on both sides of steaks. Grill steaks over Medium heat for 15 min on each side or possibly till done, brushing with sauce occasionally. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
