Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 T cool water
1 T white Karo syrup
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Cook in double boiler and whip. As it cooks remove from heat and whip as it cools. This makes a good frosting for a coconut cake.
