  1. Cream butter till softened in small mixing bowl. Add in cocoa, blend well. Gradually add in sugar alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla; beat to spreading consistency. Spread frosting onto dessert with spatula. Makes about 2 cups frosting sufficient to frost 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes or possibly an 8 or possibly 9 inch cake.
