Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd chuck or possibly lean grnd, beef
  • 1 x Onion, large, minced
  • 1 can Kidney beans, (12 ounce)
  • 1 can Tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr, (or possibly to taste)
  • Warm pepper sauce, to taste

Directions

  1. Brown the meat in a little butter and cook till the meat is brown - about 10 min. Add in all remaining ingredients and let simmer for 30 min. Your choice of warm sauce may be added to taste.
