Ingredients

  • 1 pound butter flavor Crisco
  • 3 c. sugar
  • Sm. can Carnation lowfat milk
  • 10 large eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavor

Directions

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Sift flour, add in to mix. Add in large eggs, one at a time, room temperature lowfat milk, 1 tsp lemon flavor. Use a tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hrs. You can also use white Crisco and vanilla flavor.
