Ingredients Convert Measures
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 1/2 T light brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
Directions
- Beat eggs well, add oil, sugar, sour cream and vanilla
- Add cake mix, beat well and stir in one cup chopped nuts
- Pour half of batter into a bundt pan sprayed with PAM
- Mix 1 1/2 T light brown sugar and 1 t cinnamon
- Sprinkle over batter
- Add remaining batter
- Bake 1 hr in 350 oven
- Cool, drizzle with icing or powder sugar
