Directions

  1. Thoroughly stir together 1 1/2 c. flour, yeast, soda. Heat together cheese, water, sugar, salt, butter just till hot, stirring to heat butter. Add in to dry mix. Add in Large eggs, beat on low speed 1/2 minute. Beat on high speed 3 min. By hand add in sufficient remaining flour to make moderately stiff dough. Knead till smooth 8-10 min. Place in greased bowl. Let nearly double, punch down. Shape into 24 rolls. Place in greased muffin tins, let nearly double. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 min.
