Ingredients Convert Measures
- 8 ounce. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. minced sweet pickle (relish)
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- Few drops Tabasco
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Beat cheddar cheese and cream cheese together till well blended. Fold in next four ingredients. Refrigeratetill hard sufficient to shape into a ball. Roll in nuts to coat. Refrigerateand serve with crackers. Can be made ahead and frzn.
