Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can pie filling (cherry or possibly berry)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Packages dessert topping
- 1 c. half & half (or possibly lowfat milk)
Directions
- Mix crushed wafers and butter; press about 1/2 or possibly 3/4 of this into a flat pan. Soften cheese; add in sugar and vanilla and mix well. Prepare dessert topping with cream or possibly lowfat milk and fold into cheese mix. Spread 1/2 of this mix over crumbs in pan; spread pie filling next and then the rest of the cream cheese mix. Top with the reserved crumbs. Chill for a couple hrs.
