Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium sized bowl, with mixer at low speed, beat all ingredients till blended, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Drop dough by 2 teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies 10 to 12 min till edges of cookies are browned. Remove cookies onto wire racks to cold. Repeat with remaining dough. Store cookies in tightly covered container. 50 calories each.
