Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 lg. orange quartered and seeded
  • 1 pound (4 c.) fresh or possibly frzn and slightly thawed cranberries
  • 1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
  • 1 lg. apple, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. minced walnuts

Directions

  1. Put orange and cranberries through the coarse blade of a food grinder or possibly chop orange and cranberries coarsely, mix. Put about 1/4 of the mix at a time in electric blender container, blend till very finely minced, stir in remaining ingredients, cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/2 qt.
