Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1/2 pound turkey breast
  • 1/2 pkg. (5 ounce.) shell macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 sm. bunch (1 lb.) fresh spinach, torn into bite size pcs
  • 1/2 c. (4 ounce.) creamy herb salad dressing
  • 1 head leaf lettuce
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmean cheese
  • coarsely grnd pepper
  • 2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Directions

  1. Cut turkey into 1/2 inch cubes; set aside. Combine pasta, spinach, and dressing. Place mix in large lettuce lined salad bowl. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper, to taste. Arrange tomatoes around outside edge of bowl to create ring. Form second ring with turkey; place olives in center. Cover and refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
