Turkey Or Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. finely minced onion
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 c. minced pimento
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 c. minced, cooked turkey or possibly chicken
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 ounce.)

Directions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles as per package directions, drain. Combine next 8 ingredients. Mix well and stir in turkey or possibly chicken. Spread about 1/4 of turkey mix in a slightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Next put a layer of noodles, then another 1/4 turkey mix and 1/3 of cheese. Repeat layers twice beginning with noodles and omitting last cheese layer. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 10 min. Serves 8.
