Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. picante sauce
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- Green onion to taste
- 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 pkg. lg. tortillas, flat, 12 or possibly 10 in pkg.
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Put one tortilla on waxed paper at a time. Spread mix to edges. Roll tortilla and wrap in the waxed paper. Continue till all tortillas are rolled. Refrigerateovernight (or possibly at least 8 hrs). Cut into 1" circles. Arrange on platter with extra picante sauce in a bowl in center. Makes about 100 appetizers.
