Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed
  • 1 env. dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 sm. green onions, minced finely

Directions

  1. Drain spinach well, combine with ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Refrigeratefor 3 to 4 hrs. Serve with crackers or possibly chips.
