Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 lg. can pineapple chunks (drain & save juices)
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
- 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 2 c. diced apple with skins
Directions
- Mix and store overnight pineapple chunks and marshmallows. Cook till slightly thickened - sugar, egg, flour, vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Store in refrigerator. Mix dressing and stuff together. Add in peanuts, Cold Whip and apples.
