  1. Brown and drain meat. Return to skillet. Add in taco mix, refried beans, 1/2 jar salsa. Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 11 inch pan. Spread lowfat sour cream on top. Spread remaining salsa over which. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min. As a main dish use tacos. Can also be used as a dip for chips.
