Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 Packages taco seasoning
- 1 (16 ounce.) can refried beans (plain or possibly seasoned)
- 8 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 16 ounce. longhorn cheddar cheese, grated
- Lettuce, minced
- Tomatoes, minced
- Black and or possibly green olives, sliced
- Onion, minced
- Enchilada sauce (or possibly picante or possibly taco sauce)
- Lowfat sour cream
- 10 lg. flour tortillas
Directions
- Brown grnd beef, drain fat. Season with taco seasoning according to packet directions. In separate skillet, heat refried beans and Monterey Jack cheese till blended and bubbly. Fill flour tortillas with beef mix and bean mix. Roll up tortilla. Cover with sauce and cheese. Heat cheese in microwave. Then top with lettuce, tomato, olives, onions, and lowfat sour cream.
