Special Egg Foo Yung Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Soup stock, chicken 1/2 tsp Sugar 2 tsp Soy sauce

1/4 tsp Sesame oil 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch olution

Directions

1. Mix cornstarch in about 3 ts of water. Mix all ingredients together. Bring sauce to a boil to thicken.
2. Increase the cornstarch slighly for a thicker sauce.
