Spaghetti Enchilada "Crabmeat Sauce"

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms with juice
  • 1 (6 ounce.) can water (equal to tomato paste)
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon rounded garlic granules
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Extra virgin olive oil (sm. amount)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 can crabmeat, rinsed & liquid removed

Directions

  1. Mix all, except crabmeat, in saucepan. Simmer. When pasta is ready, and 10 min before serving, add in well-rinsed and liquid removed crabmeat to sauce. Serve over pasta.
